- The building must be less than 2.5 m (8.2 feet).
- The area of your garden that is free of pre-existing structures, such as sheds, greenhouses, etc) is subject to the 50% rule.
- The music studio must not be placed adjacent to your property, mainly in front of your house.
- The music studio can’t be used as sleeping accommodation, or have plumbing, toilet, or waste disposal installed.

How to soundproof an outdoor music studio
